摘　　要：总结1例3个生物瓣膜衰败患者同期行经导管3个瓣膜置换术的护理经验。护理要点:术前访视患者手术准备状态、讨论手术拟行和备用方案、手术间准备;术中巡回护士和器械护士的配合;术后转运和交接时注意管路和血管的保护。该例成功完成3个生物瓣膜同期置换手术,术中无意外事件发生。术后2 d转至普通病房,术后14 d顺利出院。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with 3 valves failure who underwent transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement(TTVR).Nursing points are as follows:conducting the preoperative visit of the patient’s surgery preparation,discussing the surgery plans,operation room preparation,intraoperative nursing cooperation,and paying attention to the protection of pipelines and blood vessels during transport and handover after operation.The patient successfully completed the TTVR without any accidents.The patient was transferred to the general ward 2 days after operation and was discharged 14 days after operation.
