摘 要:试验旨在评估抗菌肽(AMP)对免疫应激仔猪生长性能、肠道微生物和血清生化指标的影响。选取36头生长状态良好、体重接近的28日龄“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪,公、母各半,随机分为4组,每组9个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组(NC组)仔猪饲喂基础日粮,AMP组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+200 mg/kg抗菌肽,TEGV组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TEGV),TEGV+AMP组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+200 mg/kg抗菌肽+猪传染性胃肠炎病毒。试验期28 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,AMP组仔猪的平均日增重、平均末重、平均日采食量均极显著提高(P<0.01),料重比和腹泻率极显著降低(P<0.01);有益菌群数量、抗氧化功能及免疫力极显著增加(P<0.01)。与TEGV组相比,TEGV+AMP组断奶仔猪的采食量、平均日增重、末重均明显升高,料重比明显降低。研究表明,日粮中添加抗菌肽可以改善免疫应激断奶仔猪的生长性能、肠道微生物、抗氧化和免疫能力。The experiment was to evaluate the effect of antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)on growth performance,intestinal microbiota and serum biochemical indices of immune-stressed piglets.A total of 3628-day-old’Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire’weaned piglets with good growth status and similar body weight,half in male and female,were randomly divided into four groups,with nine replicates in each group and one pig in each replicate.Piglets in control group(NC group)were fed with basal diet,while piglets in AMP group were fed with basal diet+200 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide.Piglets in TEGV group were fed with basal diet+porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TEGV),and piglets in TEGV+AMP group were fed with basal diet+200 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide+porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TEGV).The experiment lasted for 28 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily gain,average final weight and average daily feed intake of piglets in AMP group were extremely increased(P<0.01),and feed to gain ratio and diarrhea rate were extremely decreased(P<0.01).The number of beneficial bacteria,antioxidant function and immunity were extremely increased(P<0.01).Compared with TEGV group,the feed intake,average daily gain and final weight of weaned piglets in TEGV+AMP group were obviously increased,and feed to gain ratio was obviously decreased.The experiment indicates that the addition of AMP to diet can improve growth performance,gut microbiota,antioxidants and immunity in immune-stressed weaned piglets.
