摘 要:试验旨在研究菌酶协同发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、养分表观消化率及粪中氨气排放的影响。选取450只52周龄健康的京红蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。A组(对照组)蛋鸡饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,B组、C组、D组、E组蛋鸡分别饲喂等蛋白替代5%、15%、25%、35%豆粕蛋白的发酵饲料的饲粮(即在饲粮中分别使用1.01%、2.88%、4.88%、7.00%发酵饲料)。预试期7 d,正式试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,D组蛋鸡的产蛋率、产蛋量显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组鸡蛋的蛋黄颜色均极显著提高(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,各试验组蛋鸡的能量消化率、蛋白消化率均极显著提高(P<0.01);C组蛋鸡的能量消化率、蛋白消化率均极显著高于B组、D组、E组(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,D组鸡粪中氨气浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中发酵饲料按等蛋白替代25%豆粕蛋白较好,可以提高蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质,提高养分表观消化率,降低粪中氨气排放。The experiment was to study the effect of bacterial-enzyme co-fermented feed on production performance,egg quality,nutrient apparent digestibility and fecal ammonia emission of laying hens.A total of 450 healthy 52-week-old Jinghong laying hens were randomly divided into five group,with six replicates in each group and 15 hens in each replicate.The hens in control group(group A)were fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet,the hens in group B,group C,group D and group E were fed with diets with fermentation feed replacing 5%,15%,25%and 35%soybean meal protein by equal protein(1.01%,2.88%,4.88%and 7.00%fermentation feed,respectively).The pre-feeding period was 7 d,and the experimental period was 42 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the egg production rate and egg quantity of laying hens in group D were significantly increased(P<0.05),and feed to egg ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the egg yolk color of all experimental groups was extremely increased(P<0.01).Compared with control group,the energy digestibility and protein digestibility of laying hens in experimental groups were extremely increased(P<0.01).The energy digestibility and protein digestibility of laying hens in group C were extremely higher than those in group B,group D and group E(P<0.01).Compared with control group,the ammonia concentration in group D was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the replacement of 25%soybean meal protein by fermentation feed in diet is optimal,which can improve the laying performance and egg quality of laying hens,improve the apparent digestibility of nutrients and reduce the ammonia emission in feces.
