摘 要:为明确引起郑州地区草莓根腐病的丝核菌融合群种类,由草莓病样分离出6个丝核菌菌株,从菌丝形态、细胞核数量、rDNA-ITS序列和致病力方面进行分析鉴定,发现6株皆为双核丝核菌,其中3株属于双核丝核菌AG-A融合群,另外3株属于双核丝核菌AG-K融合群,这些菌株对草莓幼苗均具致病性,但不同菌株间差异较大。本研究为首次对河南省草莓双核丝核菌进行分离鉴定,也是国内首次报道双核丝核菌融合群AG-K可引起草莓根腐病。To clarify the species of Rhizoctonia spp.causing strawberry root rot in Zhengzhou,we isolated six strains of Rhizoctonia from diseased strawberry plants and identified their hyphae morphology,number of nuclei,rDNA-ITS sequence,and pathogenicity.It was found that all the six strains were binucleate Rhizoctonia(BNR),three of which belonged to Ceratobasidium sp.AG-A and the other three belonged to Ceratobasidium sp.AG-K.All of the BNR strains were pathogenic to strawberry seedlings,but with wide variation in pathogenicity.To our knowledge,this is the first isolation and identification of binucleate Rhizoctonia in Henan province,and also the first report of root rot on strawberry caused by binucleate Rhizoctonia AG-K in China.
