摘 要:茶轮斑病是我国各大茶区主要危害病害之一,发掘优质的抗性资源,选育抗性品种是防治茶轮斑病最经济有效的措施。本研究采用茶枝条离体水培的方法对32份茶树种质资源进行抗病性鉴定。结果表明,在供鉴品种中未发现对茶轮斑病免疫的品种。苏茶120、陕茶1号和湘波绿2号等12个品种对茶轮斑病表现为高抗,占总鉴定品种的37.50%。谷雨香、铁观音和金鸡种等7个品种对茶轮斑病表现为高感,占总鉴定品种的21.88%。本研究结果可为抗病新品种选育、抗病分子标记开发和抗病性分子机制研究提供参考。Tea grey blight is one of the major harmful diseases in China′s major tea regions.Exploring high-quality resistant resources and breeding resistant cultivars are the most economic and effective measures to control tea grey blight.In this study,32 tea germplasm resources were identified for disease resistance by artificial inoculation.Among them,there were no cultivars immune to grey blight disease.A total of 12 tea cultivars,including Sucha 120,Shancha No.1,and Xiangbolv No.2,were identified as highly resistant cultivars,accounting for 37.5%of the total.However,seven cultivars,including Guyuxiang,Tieguanyin,and Jingjizhong,were highly susceptible to grey blight,accounting for 21.88%.The screening of tea germplasm resources resistant to tea grey blight can provide a reference for the breeding of disease-resistant cultivars,and for the development of disease-resistant molecular markers and the study of the molecular mechanism of tea disease resistance.
