摘  要:和谐的导学关系是研究生教育成功与否的关键。本文分析了具有相对剥夺感导学关系的形成过程和形成原因,阐释了具有相对剥夺感导学关系的内在机理。基于此,提出了导学关系的优化措施:引导研究生内归因,提高自我效能感;丰富导学关系内核,关注学生情感生活;优化师生沟通氛围,构建师生发展共同体;构建导学反馈渠道,推动师生双向互动;建立公开监督机制,保障落实立德树人等,以期为研究生导学关系优化提供参考。Harmonious guiding relationship is the key to the success of graduate education.This paper analyzes the formation process and causes of the relationship between the sense of relative deprivation and learning,and explains the intrinsic mechanism of learning guidance relationship with relative deprivation.Based on this,the optimization measures of the guiding relationship are put forward:to guide the postgraduates’ internal attribution and improve their sense of self-efficacy;Enrich the core of guiding relationship and pay attention to students’ emotional life;Optimize the communication atmosphere between teachers and students and construct the development community between teachers and students;Build a guide feedback channel to promote two-way interaction between teachers and students;Establish an open supervision mechanism to ensure the implementation of moral education.The research results of this paper are expected to provide reference for the optimization of graduate student guidance relationship.
