问题解决式教学在大学生心理健康教育课中的应用研究

摘　　要：在心理健康教育课程中引入问题解决式教学方法,以问题解决为导向,能够强化学生学习的应用性,在教学内容、教学方式、教学过程和课程考核层面为学生提供参与课程建设的机会,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,促进课堂教学由教师主导转变为师生共同创建的过程。通过问题设置、情景导入、集体讨论和群体智慧的贡献过程,将知情意行有机结合,帮助学生获得问题解决的方法与实践机会,进而提高学生的心理素质,实现心理健康教育目标。Integrating problem-solving into college students’ mental health education courses,taking problem-solving as the guidance and highlighting the application of students’ learning.College students get the opportunities to participate in curriculum construction at the levels of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching process and course assessment,and their initiative and enthusiasm in learning can be inspired,that can promote the transformation of learning process.Problem setting and problem-scene introduction can organically combine cognition,emotion,will and action,help college students obtain problem-solving methods and practical opportunities,improve their psychological quality and achieve the goal of mental health education.
