摘　　要：目的:了解江西省上饶地区健康体检人群淋巴细胞亚群水平及分布情况,用以评估本地区人群免疫力。方法:本次检测淋巴细胞亚群采用流式细胞术,正常参考范围采用中国人群多中心参考区间研究的结果。回顾性分析2020年12月至2022年5月符合本研究标准的565例上饶地区体检人群外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布情况。结果:≥40岁年龄组与≤39岁年龄组比较,淋巴细胞亚群分布异常,差异有统计学意义。结论:本研究提示淋巴细胞亚群异常分布与年龄等因素相关,体检人群应关注免疫力评估。Objective: To investigate the level and distribution of lymphocyte subsets in healthy people in Shangrao area of Jiangxi Province, and to evaluate the immunity of the population in this area. Methods: The lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry, and the normal reference range was based on the results of the multi-center reference interval study in the Chinese population. From December 2020 to May 2022, the distribution of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in 565 patients who met the criteria of this study in the physical examination population in Shangrao area were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The abnormal distribution of lymphocyte subsets in the age group ≥40 years old was statistically significant compared with the age group ≤39 years old. Conclusion: This study suggests that the abnormal distribution of lymphocyte subsets is related to age and other factors.
