摘　　要：阐述TC-BUS总线的感温探测器的设计,由MCU、测温电路、总线通信电路组成,探讨总线通信电路的信号调制、解调与电源管理。测温电路利用二极管正向导通电压呈现负温度特性,通过两次偏置电流选择和ADC转换换算出温度。This paper describes the design of TC-BUS bus temperature detector, which is composed of MCU, temperature measurement circuit and bus communication circuit. It discusses the signal modulation, demodulation and power management of bus communication circuit. The temperature measurement circuit uses the diode positive conduction voltage to show negative temperature characteristics, and the temperature is converted through two bias current selections and ADC conversion.
