摘　　要：阐述配电自动化与配电管理系统,应对的技术措施,构建配电自动化系统。包含配电主站系统、配电故障的诊断和有效回复的子系统。This paper describes the distribution automation and distribution management system, the corresponding technical measures, and the construction of distribution automation system. It includes the subsystem of power distribution master station system, power distribution fault diagnosis and effective response.
