摘　　要：阐述影响输电线路安全的因素,输电线路建设管理中的问题,施工安全管理的基本原则、要求、管理对策,探讨风险识别与安全预控的措施。This paper expounds the factors affecting the safety of transmission lines, the problems in the construction management of transmission lines, the basic principles, requirements and management countermeasures of construction safety management, and discusses the measures for risk identification and safety pre-control.
