摘　　要：现货市场是中长期电力交易与实时运营之间的重要纽带。为进一步完善电力现货市场运营机制,推进现货市场的建设,实现异构市场的融合,考虑电力现货市场运营模式、价格机制、市场出清、现货与中长期协调等对电力现货市场的影响,多角度分析了电力现货市场运营机制设计的关键影响因素,构建了包括电力现货运营规模、运营机制运行效率、综合效益等维度的评价指标体系,并利用综合权重法进行加权融合权重优化,考虑模糊和不确定的信息处理,避免主观因素对评价客观性的影响,采用D-S-ERA评价方法对电力现货市场运营机制进行综合评价,有效地评估出了电力现货市场运营机制的优劣,论证了所提指标体系和评价方法的科学性,为支撑我国电力现货市场建设提供借鉴和理论支撑.Spot market is an important link between medium and long-term power trading and real-time operation.In order to further improve the operation mechanism of power spot market,promote the construction of spot market and realize the integration of heterogeneous markets,this paper considers the impact of power spot market operation mode,price mechanism,market clearing,spot and medium and long-term coordination on power spot market,and analyzes the key influencing factors of power spot market operation mechanism design from multiple angles,The evaluation index system including the dimensions of power spot operation scale,operation mechanism operation efficiency and comprehensive benefits is constructed,and the weighted fusion weight is optimized by using the comprehensive weight method.Considering the fuzzy and uncertain information processing,the influence of subjective factors on the objectivity of evaluation is avoided.The d-s-era evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the power spot market operation mechanism,This paper effectively evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the operation mechanism of the power spot market,demonstrates the scientificity of the proposed index system and evaluation method,and provides reference and theoretical support for the construction of China’s power spot market.
