摘　　要：应急物资是高速公路突发事件救援处置的保障基础针对高速公路应急物资配置的实际情况,结合实地调研和专家建议,从物资储备分类的角度构建了模型的评价指标体系,将层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,建立了高速公路应急物资保障能力的评价模型.在此基础上,以河南省交通运输发展集团某分公司作为实例,根据实际调查结果,对其应急物资保障能力进行了评价分析,并针对该公司目前存在的不足提出了相应的改进建议,为进一步优化高速公路应急物资储备管理提供了一定的技术依据。Emergency supplies are the guarantee basis for rescue and disposal of expressway emergencies.According to the actual situation of expressway emergency supplies allocation,combined with field investigation and expert advice,the evaluation index system of the model was constructed from the perspective of material reserve classification,and the evaluation model of expressway emergency supplies support capacity was established by combining ahp with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.On this basis,a branch in transportation development group in henan province as an example,according to the actual survey results,analysis of its emergency supplies support capability evaluation,and aims at the deficiency existing in the company now put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,in order to further optimize the expressway emergency supplies reserves management provides the technical basis.
