核心力量训练对16-18岁太极拳练习者身体平衡能力影响的研究

摘  要:目的:探讨核心力量训练对太极拳练习者身体平衡能力的影响,为提高太极拳练习者训练效果提供实验依据。方法:选取起旻教育32名学员为实验对象,随机从16名男生和16名女生中各抽取8名学员组成实验组,剩余16名学员组成对照组,于实验前后分别对练习者身体平衡能力测试指标进行检测。根据结果得出结论:可以有针对性地进行核心力量训练提升身体的平衡能力,从而促进太极拳技术的提升。This paper does a study on the effect of core strength training on the balance of taijiquan practitioners,aiming at offering them experimental reference.By selecting 32 members in Qimin Education as the experimental subject with eight members randomly picked up from 16 male and 16 female members respectively as the experimental group and the rest of 16members as the comparative group,the experiment does a test on the balance capability of the practitioners.The conclusion indicates that the targeted core strength training can promote the balance capability and thus improve the taijiquan technique.
