摘　　要：分析海南省海上应急救援保障体系的现状及存在的问题,并提出相应对策,为有效应对海上各种突发事件提供依据。建议通过运用管理理论,整合各方力量,加快专业队伍建设和整合物资配置,规范和优化海上应急救援救治流程及推进海上应急救援立法进程,以完善海南省海上应急救援保障体系。To analyze the current situation and problems of the maritime emergency rescue security system of Hainan Province and put forward corresponding countermeasures to provide a basis for effectively responding to various emergencies at sea.We suggested to use the theory of management,integrate all forces to construct professional teams and integrate the allocation of emergency rescue materials,standardize and optimize the procedures of maritime emergency rescue,and speed up the legislative process of maritime emergency,so as to improve the maritime rescue security system in Hainan Province.
