摘 要:通过在沥青中添加由铝酸酯偶联剂制备的表面改性硅藻土、SBS及高粘剂复配出一种高粘改性沥青。通过对沥青的针入度、延度、软化点和60℃动力粘度测试,确定了各组分的掺量。通过离析试验、动态剪切流变及零剪切粘度试验等研究了复合改性沥青的性能,并由红外光谱和扫描电镜对复合改性沥青的结构和微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明:SBS、高粘剂及改性硅藻土(铝酸酯偶联剂质量分数2%)的质量分数分别为4%,8%,12%时,改性沥青的高温性能良好,高温抗车辙能力较SBS改性沥青提高69.2%,较TPS改性沥青提高44.1%,同时满足热储存稳定性的要求,改性后沥青零剪切粘度较TPS改性沥青高37.2%。掺加表面改性硅藻土改善了改性剂在沥青中的团聚现象。A high-viscosity modified asphalt was compounded by adding SBS,high-viscosity modifier and surface-modified diatomite prepared from aluminate coupling agent to asphalt. By testing the penetration,ductility,softening point and kinematic viscosity of asphalt at 60 ℃,the content of each component was determined. The properties of the com pound modified asphalt were studied by segregation test,dynamic shear rheology and zero shear viscosity test. The structure and microscopic morphology of the compound modified asphalt were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that when the mass fraction of SBS,high viscosity modifier and modified diatomite(2wt % of aluminate coupling agent) were 4 %,8 % and 12 %,respectively,the high temperature performance of modified asphalt was good,and the high temperature rutting resistance was 69.2%higher than that of SBS modified asphalt,and 44.1% higher than that of TPS modified asphalt. It also met the requirements of thermal storage stability. The zero shear viscosity of modified asphalt was 37.2% higher than that of TPS modified asphalt. The agglomeration of modifier in asphalte was improved by addition of surface-modified diatomite.
