摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻息肉手术影响结核性胸膜炎发病的机制.方法 选取天津市儿童医院耳鼻喉科行鼻息肉手术后发病的结核性胸膜炎1例为研究对象,对其作用机制进行研究.结果 鼻息肉手术引起了潜伏结核感染进展为活动性结核病.结论 手术创伤导致机体免疫功能低下,尤其是细胞免疫功能低下,体内潜伏的少量结核菌趁机大量增殖,引起了活动性结核病.建议术前详细询问病史,对存在潜伏结核感染的患儿给予预防性治疗,以减少活动性结核病的发生.Object ive To explore the mechanism of nasal polyp surgery affecting the pathogenesis of tuberculous pleurisy.Methods A case of tuberculous pleurisy after nasal polyp operation in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital was selected as the research object,and its mechanism was studied.Results The operation of nasal polyps caused latent tuberculosis infection to develop into active tuberculosis.Conc lus ion Surgical trauma leads to low immune function,especially cellular immunity.A small amount of latent tuberculous bacteria proliferate in large numbers and cause active tuberculosis.lt is suggested that the patient history should be inquired in detail before operation,and the children with latent tuberculosis infection should be given preventive treatment to reduce the incidence of active tuherculosis.
