蒋氏整脊理筋法治疗颈肩综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蒋氏整脊理筋法治疗颈肩综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例患者采用蒋氏整脊理筋法治疗,对照组30例患者采用常规推拿法治疗,观察并记录两组患者治疗前后的VAS评分,肩关节评分以及临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗后的总有效率为76.7%,明显低于治疗组96.7%的总有效率(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组的VAS评分明显低于对照组、肩关节评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒋氏整脊理筋推拿法能改善患者肩关节活动障碍和患者日常生活质量,临床疗效优于常规推拿治疗。Objective:To observe the difference of clinical efficacy between routine massage and conventional massage in the treatment of neck shoulder syndrome.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiang's chiropractic method and 30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional massage.The VAS score,shoulder score and clinical effect of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,which was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(96.7%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the shoulder score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical effect of Jiang's chiropractic and tendon regulating massage is better than that of conventional massage.Jiang's massage can not only effectively correct the current situation of shoulder joint activity disorder,but also improve the daily living standard and quality of patients.
