浅析周围性面瘫外感型与足阳明经之关联

摘　　要：周围性面瘫外感证型从中医辨证论治角度上讲,治疗当以疏风解表为主,针灸学中的辨经论治以此为纲,也不例外。而足阳明胃经病变首先以胃部疾患为主,包括呃逆、嗳气、腹泻等症状,或是相关痿证,有治痿独取阳明之说,再者有益气养血,补养后天之效,但笔者检索大量关于面瘫取穴相关数据挖掘文献,发现从辨证论治的角度讲,面瘫后期以瘀证为主,医者选择足阳明胃经上的穴位行气活血、疏经通络不难理解,因胃乃多气多血之腑,但面瘫急性期,明明是外感型且以风寒外感证型居多,根据数据统计,依然是足阳明胃经取穴为首,这样一来,足阳明胃经便与风寒外感这一证型相关联,显然这样不符合中医辨证论治,难道真的仅仅是因为经络循行面部而无他说?针对该疑问,笔者又检索采用针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫且提及相关穴位取穴用意的文献,并挖掘足阳明胃经经络内涵及其临床应用范围文献,两部分文献所涉及的理论交流碰撞,进而得出足阳明胃经与面瘫风寒外感证型的内在联系,针对其中内容,笔者在此做简要阐明。From the perspective of Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment,the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis external sensory type should be based on wind relief,so the treatments about identifying the meridians in the acupuncture are also based on this guideline which is not an exception,and the Zu Yang Ming Stomach Meridian is first based on stomach diseases,including hiccups,belching,diarrhea and other symptoms,or flaccidity syndrome,there is a cure for impotence alone to take Yang Ming,and then beneficial to nourishing qi and blood.But the author retrieved a large number of data mining literature on facial paralysis acupuncture,and found that it is not difficult for the doctor to choose the acupuncture points on the Zu Yang Ming Stomach Meridian to activate the blood and dredge the meridians from the perspective of dialectical treatment,mainly the stasis syndrome of the late stage of facial paralysis,because the stomach is a multi-qi and bloody intestine,but the acute stage of facial paralysis obviously is the external sensory type,mainly the wind chill external sensory type,is still the Zu Yang Ming stomach meridian to take the acupuncture as the head according to the data statistics.So that the Zu Yang Ming Stomach Meridian is associated with the wind chill external sensory type,which obviously can not conform to the Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.Is it really just because the meridians follow the face without any other opinions?In response to this question,the author also retrieved the literature on the use of acupuncture for the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis and mentioned the intention of the relevant acupuncture points to take acupuncture points,and excavated the connotation of the Zu Yang Ming Stomach Meridian and its clinical application scope literature,and the theoretical exchange and collision involved in the two parts of the literature,and then derived the internal relationship between the Zu yang Ming Stomach Meridian and the facial paralysis wind chill external
