社区居家为老服务工作人员职业倦怠现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探索社区居家为老服务工作人员职业倦怠现状并分析其影响因素。方法:2021年9至11月采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取广州和苏州两地7家社区居家为老服务机构的220名工作人员为研究对象。采用自行设计的基本情况调查表和职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)收集研究对象的基本信息和职业倦怠情况,用Logistic回归分析职业倦怠的影响因素。结果:社区居家为老服务工作人员职业倦怠的检出率为58.2%。Logistic回归分析显示,地区[以广州为参照,OR=0.016,95%CI为(0.002~0.139)]、工资[以>5 500元为参照,<3 500元:OR=0.329,95%CI为(0.111~0.973)]和工作时间[OR=2.954,95%CI为(1.233~7.077)]是职业倦怠的主要影响因素。结论:社区居家为老服务工作人员职业倦怠较为严重,地区、工资和工作时间为主要影响因素。Aim:To explore the current situation of burnout among staff in community home-based elderly service institutions and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 220 individuals were sampled by stratified whole-group random sampling method from 7 community home-based elderly service institutions in Guangzhou and Suzhou,from September to December,2021.A self-designed basic profile questionnaire and burnout scale(MBI-GS) were used to collect basic information and burnout status of the study subjects,and Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors influencing burnout.Results:The detection rate of burnout among community home-based elderly service staff was 58.2%.Logistic regression analysis showed that region[OR = 0.016,95% CI was( 0.002-0.139) with Guangzhou as reference],salary[ 5 500 RMB as reference] and working hours[OR = 2.954,95%CI was( 1.233-7.077) were the main influencing factors of burnout.Conclusion:Burnout among the staff in community home-based elderly service institutions is serious,and region,salary and working hours are main influencing factors.
