摘　　要：在2022年欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)年会上,冠心病领域的临床研究在介入治疗策略、抗栓治疗方案、心肌梗死后抗心脏重构治疗、冠状动脉无创影像学评估等方面均取得了一定进展。本文就其中的REVIVED-BCIS2研究、FRAME-AMI研究、RTC研究、PANTHER研究、TAILOR-PCI研究的预设二次分析结果以及EMMY研究作一简要介绍。At the 2022 annual congress of the European Society of Cardiology(ESC), clinical trials in the field of coronary heart disease have made some progress in interventional therapy strategy, antithrombotic therapy, anti-remodeling therapy after myocardial infarction, and non-invasive coronary imaging evaluation. Here, we present a brief review of the REVIVED-BCIS2 trial, FRAME-AMI trial, RTC trial, PANTHER trial, a pre-specified secondary analysis of the TAILOR-PCI trial, and the EMMY trial.
