摘　　要：内分泌治疗(ET)是激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者综合治疗中的重要环节,ET中出现的原发性、继发性耐药是影响激素受体(HR)阳性腺癌患者预后及生存的关键因素,其机制尚不完全清楚。中医药在逆转多药耐药,预防肿瘤转移,改善生命质量,进而延长患者生存期限方面有着较好效果。现结合验案,对林洪生教授治疗该病学术经验及用药方法进行探索分析。Endocrinotherapy(ET)is an important part in the comprehensive treatment of hormone receptor(HR)-positive breast cancer patients.The primary and acquired resistance to ET is the key factor influencing prognosis and survival of HR-positive breast cancer.However,the mechanism of ET resistance is still unclear.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)shows ideal effect in reversing multidrug resistance,preventing metastasis of cancer,improving the quality of life,and prolonging the survival.This study retrospectively analyzed the treatment of an HR-positive outpatient of Professor Lin Hongsheng.From this specific case,we explored and analyzed Professor Lin′s experience in treating the malignant tumor and TCM treatment methods,hoping to provide a reference for TCM maintenance treatment of similar patients.
