摘 要:研究采用低碳钢和硬铝两种材料,将相同截面矩形梁按照不同材料、不同层数进行组合,形成双层、三层组合梁。上下梁的连接采用螺栓固定的方式,假定在符合材料力学小变形范围内,利用电测实验技术,观察组合梁在纯弯曲区段的变形。根据理论分析与实测计算,分析不同组合方式梁的纯弯曲应力-应变变化规律,并进行了误差分析,结果表明,实验数据与理论分析的变化规律基本吻合。由此可以得出,文中公式,可以为工程实际应用提供理论指导。Low carbon steel and hard aluminum were used to combine rectangular beams with the same section according to different materials and different layers to form double-layer and three-layer composite beams.The connection of the upper and lower beams was fixed by bolts.It was assumed that the deformation of the composite beam in the pure bending section was observed by using the electrical measurement experiment technology within the small deformation range of material mechanics.According to the theoretical analysis and the measured calculation,the variation law of pure bending stress-strain of beams with different combinations was analyzed,and the error analysis was carried out.The results showed that the variation law of experimental data was basically consistent with that of theoretical analysis.The theoretical formula could provide theoretical guidance for practical engineering applications.
