摘  要:蓝光激光器在彩色激光显示、高密度光储存、海洋资源探测、水下通信以及生物科技等领域具有广泛的应用前景。目前较为成熟的Yb^(3+)掺杂光纤激光器倍频后仅能获得~490 nm蓝绿光,因此如何得到接近450 nm的纯蓝光激光器是目前急需解决的问题。Nd^(3+):^(4)F _(3/2)→^(4)I _(9/2)能级跃迁产生的0.9μm光经倍频后可获得~450 nm光,并可应用于蓝光激光器,但该跃迁产生的光所占荧光分支比较低。本文系统研究了1%(质量分数)Nd_(2)O_( 3)掺杂50GeO_(2)-(20-x)PbO-15BaO-15ZnO-x Nb_(2)O_(5)(x%=0%,2.5%,5%,10%,15%,摩尔分数)玻璃的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和荧光寿命,计算了相应的Judd-Ofelt强度参数以及增益带宽。研究发现,Nb_(2)O_(5)的加入会使Nd^(3+)在900 nm荧光峰的吸收截面、发射截面、有效线宽和荧光分支比增加。当Nb_(2)O_(5)浓度为10%(摩尔分数)时,Judd-Ofelt强度参数Ω_(2)=5.91×10^(-2)0 cm^(2),光谱质量参数χ=1.01,荧光分支比为42.9%。综上所述,Nb_(2)O_(5)能提高Nd^(3+)0.9μm的荧光分支比,从而倍频获得纯蓝光(450 nm),有利于蓝光激光器的发展及应用。Blue laser has a wide range of application prospects in the fields of color laser display,high-density optical storage,exploration of marine resource,underwater communication and biomedical sciences,etc.However,the relatively mature Yb ^(3+)doped fiber laser can only obtain blue green(~490 nm)laser after frequency doubling.Therefore,it is an urgent issue to obtain a pure blue laser close to 450 nm.The 0.9μm fluorescence generated by the ^(4)F _(3/2)→^(4)I _(9/2) level transition of Nd^(3+)can obtain the pure blue laser output of~450 nm after frequency doubling,which has excellent application potential in the field of blue laser.However,the fluorescence generated by this transition occupies a low fluorescence branching raito.In this paper,the absorption spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence lifetime of 1%(mass fraction)Nd_(2)O_(3) doped 50GeO_(2)-(20-x)PbO-15BaO-15ZnO-x Nb_(2)O_(5)(x%=0%,2.5%,5%,10%,15%,mole fraction)glass were systematically studied,and the corresponding Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters and gain bandwidth were calculated.It is found that the 900 nm absorption cross section,emission cross section,effective linewidth and fluorescence branching ratio of Nd^(3+)increase with the doping of Nb_(2)O_(5).When the concentration of Nb_(2)O_(5)is 10%(mole fraction),Judd-Ofelt intensity parameterΩ_(2)=5.91×10^(-2)0 cm^(2),the spectral quality parameterχ=1.01,and the fluorescence branching ratio is 42.9%.In summary,0.9μm fluorescence branching ratio of Nd^(3+)can be raised by Nb_(2)O_(5),so as to obtain pure blue light(450 nm)by frequency doubling,which is beneficial to the development and application of blue laser.
