摘  要:本文利用经典方程(Johnson-Mehl-Avrami)分析了非化学计量的锂铝硅Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5)透明微晶玻璃的析晶动力学,采用DSC、XRD和SEM研究了晶化温度对玻璃析晶行为的影响。结果表明:在较低的起始析晶温度下Li_(2)Si_(2)O_(5)和Li_(2)SiO_(3)析出,随晶化温度的升高,主晶相转变为LiAlSi_(4)O_(10),Li _(2)SiO_(3)晶相消失,晶体尺寸变小,在550 nm处微晶玻璃透过率由89.3%升高到90.6%;利用Kissinger方法计算出的Li_(2)Si_(2)O_(5)和LiAlSi_(4)O_(10)的析晶活化能分别为349.5 kJ/mol和184.2 kJ/mol,平均晶体生长指数分别为3.05和1.42。The crystallization kinetics of lithium aluminum silicate Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5) transparent glass-ceramics was analyzed by using the classical equation(Johnson-Mehl-Avrami).The influence of crystallization temperature on the crystallization behavior of glass was studied by DSC,XRD and SEM.The results show that Li_(2)Si_(2)O_(5) and Li_(2)SiO_(3) precipitate at lower initial crystallization temperature.With the increase of crystallization temperature,the main crystal phase changes to LiAlSi_(4)O_(10),Li_(2)SiO_(3) disappears and the crystal size decreases,and the transmittance of glass-ceramics increases from 89.3%to 90.6%at 550 nm.The activation energies of crystallization of Li_(2)Si_(2)O_(5) and LiAlSi_(4)O_(10) are calculated by Kissinger method to be 349.5 kJ/mol and 184.2 kJ/mol,and the average crystal growth indices are 3.05 and 1.42,respectively.
