摘 要:为了解木霉菌拌种处理对绿豆根际土壤酶活性的影响,以绿豆为试材,研究了不同用量木霉菌拌种对绿豆根际土壤脱氢酶、磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶以及蛋白酶活性变化的影响。结果表明:在绿豆发育的开花期、结荚期以及成熟期,不同用量的木霉菌拌种处理对绿豆根际土壤酶活性的调节存在明显差异,且随着木霉菌用量的增大而土壤酶活性(过氧化氢酶活性除外)呈现升高-降低变化;与对照处理(CK)相比,在绿豆生长和发育的3个时期,木霉菌拌种处理的绿豆土壤根际脱氢酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和脱氢酶活性都明显大于CK;在木霉菌拌种处理中,2%(C)木霉菌拌种处理促进绿豆根际脱氢酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶以及蛋白酶的活性升高明显,显著促进了开花期和结果期脲酶活性的增加,而3%(D)处理的绿豆根际土壤中过氧化氢酶活性最大,并促进了成熟期土壤中脲酶活性。综合而言,采用2%的木霉菌菌剂拌种(菌剂与种子质量比)能明显促进绿豆根际土壤酶活性的升高,为促生奠定基础。In order to investigate the effects of seed dressing by Trichoderma on enzyme activities in rhizosphere soil of mung bean,the effects of seed dressing by different dosage of Trichoderma on activities of dehydrogenase,phosphatase,urease,sucrase,catalase and protease in rhizosphere soil were studied,using mung bean as material.The results showed that there were significant differences in the regulation of enzyme activities in the rhizosphere soil of mung bean dressed with different dosage of Trichoderma at the stage of flowering,pod setting and maturity stages of mung bean development.With the increase of dosage of Trichoderma,the soil enzyme activities(except catalase activity)showed an up-down change.Compared with control treatment(CK),the activities of dehydrogenase,phosphatase,sucrase,catalase and dehydrogenase in soil rhizosphere of mung bean dressed with Trichoderma were significantly higher than those in CK during the growth and development stages of mung bean.In all treatments of Trichoderma seed dressing,2%treatment(C)had significantly effects in promoting the enzyme activities of dehydrogenase,phosphatase,invertase and protease in the rhizosphere soil,and remarkably facilitated the urease activity of rhizosphere soil of mung beans at flowering and fruiting periods,while the catalase activity in the rhizosphere soil of 3%treatment was the biggest(D),and 3%treatment also promoted the increase of urease activity in the soil at mature period.In conclusion,2%of seed dressing by Trichoderma(mass ratio of bacteria agent to seed)could significantly promote the increase of enzyme activities in the rhizosphere soil of mung bean,laying the foundation for promoting growth.
