摘 要:对超声辅助下水提醇沉法提取多糖工艺中液料比、超声温度和超声时间进行优化,找到适用于关防风的最优提取参数。通过对三个因素进行单因素结合响应面试验分析,得到因素影响多糖提取率的大小关系为:液料比>超声温度>超声时间。根据拟合出的数学模型进行计算,得出关防风多糖的最佳提取参数,其中液料比41∶1,超声温度为60℃,超声时间为59 min。本试验优化后的提取参数可作为后续研究防风多糖提取的理论依据,为深入研究防风多糖的应用提供前期基础。In order to find the optimal extraction parameters suitable for Saposhnikovia divaricata(SD),the liquid-solid ratio,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time in the extraction process of polysaccharide by ultrasonic assisted water extraction and alcohol precipitation were studied.Through the single factor combined response surface analysis of the three factors,the relationship between the factors affecting the extraction rate of polysaccharide was obtained as follows:liquid solid ratio>ultrasonic temperature>ultrasonic time.According to the fitted mathematical model,the best extraction parameters of SD polysaccharide were obtained,in which the liquid solid ratio was 41∶1,the ultrasonic temperature was 60℃and the ultrasonic time was 59 min.The optimized extraction parameters could be used as the theoretical basis for the follow-up study of SD polysaccharide extraction,and would provide a preliminary basis for the in-depth study of the application of SD polysaccharide.
