摘　　要：目的调查心房颤动患者症状负担现状并分析其影响因素。方法便利选取283例房颤患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、多伦多大学心房颤动症状严重程度量表、心理健康五维量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、FRAIL衰弱筛查量表及领悟社会支持量表进行调查。结果心房颤动患者症状负担得分为0~28(8.28±5.11)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,心理健康状态、性别、衰弱状态、左心室射血分数是其影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论心房颤动患者症状负担较重,影响因素较多。医护人员应针对心房颤动患者的症状负担开展针对性的干预措施,减轻其症状负担,改善生活质量及预后。Objective To describe the level and factors related to symptom burden in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods A total of 283 AF patients were surveyed by utilizing a general data questionnaire,University of Toronto Atrial Fibrillation Severity Scale,Mental Health Inventory-5,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,FRAIL scale,and the Perceived Social Support Scale.Results The total symptom burden score was 0-28(8.28±5.11).Multiple linear regression showed that mental health,gender,frailty,and left ventricular ejection fraction were independently related to the total symptom burden score(all P<0.05).Conclusion AF patients in this study suffered from a heavy symptom burden that was affected by several factors.Medical staff should carry out targeted interventions to alleviate symptom burden of AF patients and improve their quality of life and prognosis.
