一例番鸭呼肠孤病毒与鸭疫里默氏菌共感染的实验室诊断

摘　　要：为确定某22日龄雏番鸭死亡原因,无菌采集病死番鸭的脑组织分离细菌,PCR鉴定;采集病变脏器研磨后检测雏番鸭常见病原。结果分离到1株鸭疫里默氏菌,敏感药物有氨苄西林、阿莫西林、头孢唑林、头孢曲松、头孢西丁、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、四环素、强力霉素、环丙沙星、氟苯尼考。常见病毒检测,仅番鸭呼肠孤病毒检测为阳性。综合临床症状、剖检病变及实验室检测结果,诊断为番鸭呼肠孤病毒与鸭疫里默氏菌共感染病例。In order to confirm the cause of death of a flock of 22-day-old muscovy ducklings,bacterial isolation is applied to the brain tissue of the dead muscovy ducklings and identified by PCR;The common pathogens of muscovy ducklings were detected after grinding the diseased organs.Result shows that one strain of Riemerella anatipestifer was isolated,the sensitive drugs were ampicillin,amoxicillin,cefazolin,ceftriaxone,cefoxitin,ceftazidime,cefepime,tetracycline,doxycycline,ciprofloxacin,and florfenicol.Only one virus(muscovy duck reovirus)was positive in common virus detection.Combined with clinical symptoms,autopsy lesions and laboratory test results,it was diagnosed as a mixed infection of muscovy duck reovirus and Riemerella anatipestifer.
