一例鸭疫里默氏菌病的诊断

摘　　要：为了解莆田某鸭场雏番鸭的死因,通过病料采集、细菌分离培养、革兰氏染色镜检、PCR鉴定及药敏试验等实验室检测,确诊该病为鸭疫里默氏菌病。其中分离菌对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、头孢唑林、强力环素、氟苯尼考敏感;对恩诺沙星中度敏感;对硫酸链霉素、硫酸庆大霉素、硫酸卡那霉素、阿米卡星、红霉素、环丙沙星、复方新诺明、多粘菌素耐药,药敏试验在临床上对指导用药有帮助。In order to understand the disease and death cause of young ducks in a duck farm in Putian,it was confirmed as the disease through the collection of medical materials,separation and culture of bacteria,gram staining,PCR identification and drug sensitivity test.Among them,the isolates were sensitive to ampicillin,amoxicillin,cefazolin,doxycycline,flufenicol,moderately sensitive to enrofloxacin,and resistant to streptomycin sulfate,gentamicin sulfate,kanamycin sulfate,amikacin,erythromycin,ciprofloxacin,cotrimoxazole,and polymyxin.
