摘　　要：目的探究孕妇年龄对无创产前筛查(NIPT)检测中胎儿游离DNA(cffDNA)浓度的影响,为NIPT技术在高龄孕产妇中的临床实施提供参考。方法收集2020年10月至2021月9月在岳阳市中心医院实施NIPT检测的884例孕妇的相关资料,筛选孕妇的年龄分布,采用Spearman相关性分析年龄与外周血cffDNA浓度的相关性。结果884例孕妇平均妊娠年龄(30.9±4.5)岁,外周血平均cffDNA浓度为(25.3±7.1)%,其中,21岁孕妇cffDNA的浓度最高,达(29.2±3.8)%,而36岁孕妇平均cffDNA浓度比例最低,仅为(21.6±6.9)%;经Spearman相关性分析结果显示,孕妇的年龄总体上与cffDNA浓度呈负相关(r=-0.105,P<0.05);此外,高龄组孕妇(≥35岁)的cffDNA浓度为(24.1±7.0)%,低于低龄组孕妇(<35岁)的(25.7±7.1)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目前孕产妇呈高龄妊娠趋势,而孕妇年龄的增加会导致cffDNA浓度比例的降低。Objective To investigate the influence of maternal age on the concentration of fetal free DNA(cffDNA)in non-invasive prenatal screening(NIPT),and to provide reference for clinical implementation of NIPT technology in elderly pregnant women.Methods The relevant data of 884 pregnant women who underwent NIPT in Yueyang Central Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were collected,and the age distribution of pregnant women was screened.The correlation between age and cffDNA concentration ratio in peripheral blood was statistically analyzed through Spearman correlation analysis.Results Among 884 pregnant women,the average gestational age was(30.9±4.5)years,and the mean proportion of cffDNA concentration in peripheral blood was(25.3±7.1)%.Among them,the concentration of cffDNA in pregnant women aged 21 was the highest,with an average of(29.2±7.1)%;the average cffDNA concentration of pregnant women aged 36 was the lowest,only(21.6±6.9)%.There was a overall negative correlation between the maternal age and cffDNA concentration ratio(r=-0.105,P<0.05).In addition,the concentration ratio of cffDNA in elderly pregnant women group(≥35 years old)was(24.1±7.0)%,which was lower compared with(25.7±7.1)%in younger pregnant women(<35 years old),P<0.05.Conclusion At present,pregnant women show a tendency of older pregnancy,and the cffDNA concentration ratio reduces with the increasing of maternal age.
