摘 要:肥胖目前已成为我国最严重的公共卫生问题之一,但其病因及发生发展机制尚不明确。研究表明,棕色脂肪组织具有特殊的产热功能,通过产热能够增加能量的消耗,因而被认为具有对抗肥胖及其相关疾病的巨大潜力。PR结构域蛋白16(PRDM16)近年来被发现具有激活棕色脂肪组织特异性的生热程序、提高其线粒体密度、促进解偶联蛋白-1(UCP-1)的表达、增加能量消耗的作用。本文主要综述关键转录因子PRDM16的功能以及PRDM16与肥胖关系的研究新进展,以期为肥胖症及相关代谢性疾病的治疗提供新思路。Obesity has now become one of the most serious public health problems in China,but its etiology and mechanisms of development are still unclear.It has been shown that brown adipose tissue has a specific thermogenic function that increases energy expenditure through thermogenesis and is therefore considered to have a great potential to combat obesity and its related diseases.PR structural domain protein 16(PRDM16)has recently been found to activate the specific thermogenic program of brown adipose tissue,increase its mitochondrial density,promote the expression of uncoupling protein-1(UCP-1),and increase energy expenditure.In this paper,we review the functions of the key transcription factor PRDM16 and new developments in the relationship between PRDM16 and obesity,intending to provide new ideas for the treatment of obesity and related metabolic diseases.
