摘　　要：针对当前高校学业预警存在的问题,以及问题原因的调查分析,制定了三级预警机制,从软件设计角度开发一款基于灰色理论的智能学业预警系统.该系统能对学生学业情况进行实时预警提示,并能结合数据挖掘技术预测下一步可能出现的预警情况,变“事后惩罚”为“事先预告”,从而有效实现学生管理的“治未病”,为高校学籍、教务等业务部门实现智能化管理提供实践案例.The current situation of academic early warning in universities is investigated and analysed in this paper,the problems and causes of the problems are discussed,a three-level early warning mechanism is developed,and an intelligent academic early warning system based on grey theory is developed from the perspective of software design.The system can be used to provide real-time early warning alerts on students'academic situation,combine with data mining technology to predict possible early warning situa⁃tions,change"punishment afterwards"into"advance warning",and effectively realize the"cure before the disease"of student management.The system provides practical examples for the intelligent management of university academic registries and academic affairs departments.
