摘  要:为了实现在线高精度统计纱线常发性疵点数量,针对黑板法和仪器测试法统计纱线常发性疵点存在的不足,基于线阵CCD传感器测径原理,设计纱线常发性疵点在线测量系统,实验统计纱线样本的常发性疵点数量并与乌斯特条干仪统计结果进行对比。结果表明:线阵CCD系统统计结果与乌斯特条干仪统计结果的相关系数为0.992,其统计的细节、粗节、棉结数量能够准确反映纱线的品质等级;线阵CCD在线检测系统可靠性好,纱线常发性疵点检测效率高、精度高。In order to achieve the online high precision statistics of yarn defect quantity,aiming at the deficiencies of statistics yarn frequent defects with blackboard method and instrument testing method,on the basis of the diameter measuring principle of linear array CCD sensor,yarn frequent defect online measuring system is designed.Frequent defect quantity of yarn samples is counted in experiment,and is compared with that of USTER evenness tester.The results show that the correlation coefficient between the statistical results of linear array CCD system and the statistical results of Uster evenness tester is 0.992,indicating that the fine ends,nubs and neps of the linear array CCD online detection system can accurately reflect the quality grade of yarn,and the linear array CCD online detection system has good realiability,high detection efficiency and high accuracy of yarn frequent defects.
