埃及长绒棉特性分析与纺纱面料质量控制

摘　　要：为了进一步用好埃及长绒棉,提高纺纱和面料质量,详述埃及长绒棉成熟度好、品种多、等级差异小且产量高的特性,分析其质量指标;以美国、埃及、中国、中东产长绒棉纺CJ 11.7 tex纱为例,对比分析其成纱质量及面料质量指标。指出:埃及长绒棉生产的精梳棉纱质量指标较好,面料疵点含量较少,但纱线和布面异性纤维疵点较多;应强化其在采摘、运输、等级划分、异性纤维挑拣、生产加工中对异性纤维疵点的控制和管理。In order to use Egyptian long-staple cotton better and improve the spinning and fabric quality,the characteristics of good maturity,variety,small grade difference and high yield of Egyptian long-staple cotton are described in detail,and the quality index are analyzed.Taking CJ 11.7 tex yarn from America,Egypt,China,the Middle East as examples,the yarn quality and fabric quality index are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the combed cotton yarn produced by Egyptian long-staple cotton has better quality index,less yarn defects of fabric,but more foreign fiber defects in yarns and fabrics.It is necessary to strengthen the control and management of yarn defects of foreign fiber in the picking,transportation,grade division,picking of foreign fiber,production and processing.
