摘　　要：为了节约生产成本,介绍气流纺用原料含杂率高、短绒多对梳理针布的要求;针对环锭纺下机锡林、盖板、道夫针布二次回用时出现包卷过程中锡林针布倒针、盖板针布变形等问题制定解决措施;通过对新针布与回用针布纺弱捻OEC 58.3 tex纱成纱质量对比,指出:回用锡林和道夫针布较新针布锋利度差,提高刺辊速度、优化除尘刀及小漏底隔距、增加落棉、加大刺辊排杂力度、降低锡林—盖板梳理区压力,可改善除杂效果;道夫—锡林隔距偏小掌握,同时增加生条定量,减小张力牵伸,可减少短绒产生;回用盖板针布隔距应偏紧掌握,加大清洁力度;回用针布纺纱质量满足客户要求,每台车可节约成本约1.2万元,回用针布需与针布状态、原料、环境、工艺、设备技术及操作水平等诸多因素相结合。In order to save production cost,the requirements of raw materials with high impurities and short fiber content for card clothing in rotor spinning are introduced,forward solutions are put forward to solve the problems such as reversing of reused cylinder card clothing and deformation of reused flat clothing in card clothing binding from ring spinning.By comparing the yarn quality of soft twist OEC 58.3 tex yarn spun by new card clothing and reused card clothing,it is pointed out that the sharpness of reused cylinder and doffer card clothing is worse than that of new card clothing.The effect of removing impurities can be increased by improving the speed of taker-in,optimizing the gauge of mote knife and small leakage bottom,increasing the cotton droppings,increasing the force of taker-in removing impurities,and reducing the pressure in the cylinder-flat carding area.Doffer-cylinder gauge is small,while increasing the weight per unit of card sliver,reducing tension drafting,which can reduce the production of short fibers.The gauge of reused flat clothing should be tight to increase cleaning efforts.The spinning quality of reused card clothing can meet customers’requirements,and the cost of each machine can be saved about 12,000 yuan.Reused card clothing needs to be combined with many factors,such as the state,raw materials,environment,process,equipment technology and operation level of reused card clothing.
