摘　　要：为了减少特细号纱断头、提高纺纱质量,阐述特细号纱配棉要求及其纺纱工艺流程,分析高弹性低硬度胶辊回弹性好、握持性好等特点和使用注意事项;以J-463A型胶辊为例,介绍其套制和磨砺流程操作要点;通过对比不同硬度的胶辊在不同压力下与罗拉组成的钳口线宽度,以及纺C 4.16 tex纱成纱指标,说明J-463A型胶辊具有硬度低、弹性高、免处理等特点,握持控制纤维能力强,纺纱条干水平好、成纱质量稳定。指出:纺好特细号纱,选好胶辊是关键,制作好、使用好、管理维护好胶辊有利于减少纺纱断头、稳定纺纱质量。In order to reduce the breakage of extra fine yarn and improve the spinning quality,the cotton distribution requirements such as good elasticity and gripping and spinning process of extra fine yarn are expounded,and the characteristics such as good elasticity and gripping and the matters needing attention in use of the high elasticity and low hardness cots are analyzed.Taking J-463A cot as an example,main points of the process of covering and grounding are introduced.By comparing the width of gripping line formed by cots with different hardness and rollers under different pressure,and yarn index of spinning C 4.16 tex,it is illustrated that J-463A cots have low hardness,high elasticity,non-treatment,strong ability to hold and control fibers,good yarn evenness and stable yarn quality.It is pointed out that choosing cots is the key to spinning extra fine yarns well,and making,using,managing and maintaining cots well will help to reduce spinning breakage and stabilize spinning quality.
