摘  要:为了降低网格圈集聚纺纱装置的维护管理难度与投资运行成本,介绍网格圈集聚纺纱技术的应用特点,对比分析三罗拉和四罗拉网格圈集聚纺装置在结构、技术方面的差异以及存在的劣势;结合ITMA2019展会展出的集聚纺纱技术,阐述新研发的高效集聚纺纱系统具有高效的阻捻钳口驱动、网格圈驱动、牵伸前钳口握持、侧向气流集聚和胶圈张紧器以及高度的结构适应性。指出:相比三罗拉、四罗拉网格圈集聚纺纱装置,高效集聚纺纱系统采用上胶圈驱动阻捻钳口的高效集聚纺纱技术和免维护牵伸前钳口技术方案,投资成本、运行成本、集聚流量、集聚负压值降低,且维护管理方便。In order to reduce the difficulty of maintenance and management and the cost of investment and operation of compact spinning device with lattice apron,the application characteristics of compact spinning technology with lattice apron are introduced,and the differences in structure,technology and disadvantages of compact spinning device with three-roller lattice apron and four-roller lattice apron are compared and analyzed.Combined with the compact spinning technology on display at ITMA2019,it is expounded that the newly developed high-efficiency compact spinning system has the features such as high-efficient twist blockage nip drive,lattice apron drive,draft front nip griping,lateral air flow compact and apron tensioning,as well as high structural adaptability.It is pointed out that compared compact spinning device with the three-roller and four-roller lattice apron,the high-efficiency compact spinning system adopts the high-efficiency compact spinning technology of the upper apron driving the twist blockage nip and the maintenance-free draft front nip griping technology scheme,which reduces the investment cost,operation cost,compact flow rate and compact negative pressure value,and is convenient to maintain and manage.
