摘 要:为了解决机采棉含杂高、疵点多、短绒率高、长度整齐度差等问题,详细介绍CL-X型高效预清棉机的技术亮点、工艺特点和经济效益。指出:CL-X型高效预清棉机进一步增强了预清棉能力,更适应机采棉高产优质的纺纱要求;采用空气分离器取代凝棉器,可实现无障碍喂棉;设计双开松罗拉室结构,在同等原料、相同产质量条件下,可节约用棉0.4%,大幅提升了清洁效率;采用圆棒打手并变频控制打手速度,清棉更柔和、清洁更高效;采用实时视觉监控功能为机器智能化提供保证;拥有更高的机器产量和特有变频控制技术,在单机产量为1600 kg/h时,与2台CL-P型预清棉机相比,能耗节省达66%。In order to solve the problems such as high impurity content,many defects,high short fiber content and poor length uniformity of machine-picked cotton,the technical highlights,process characteristics and economic benefits of CL-X high-efficiency pre-cleaning machine are introduced.By comparing with the traditional CL-P biaxial flow pre-cleaning machine,it is shown that the new pre-cleaning machine uses air separator instead of condenser to realize the barrier free cotton feeding;the design of double opening roller chamber structure greatly improves the cleaning efficiency;with round rod beater and frequency conversion control of beater speed,cotton cleaning is more gentle and efficient;the use of real-time visual monitoring function can provide a guarantee for machine intelligence;higher machine output and unique frequency conversion control technology can greatly reduce energy consumption.It is pointed out that CL-X high-efficiency pre-cleaning machine can further enhance the ability of pre-cleaning,which is more suitable for high yield and high quality spinning of machine-picked cotton.When the output of single machine is 1600 kg/h,compared with two CL-P pre-cleaning machines,the energy consumption can be saved up to 66%.Under the condition of the same raw material and the same quality,the cotton can be saved by 0.4%,and the cleaning efficiency is high,and the yarn quality is good.
