摘 要:对比研究了飞灰高温熔融炉用典型耐火材料(刚玉-莫来石砖、铬刚玉砖和高铬砖)在1400℃时对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和纯CaO的抗侵蚀性和抗渗透性。结果表明:1)高铬砖对飞灰和CaO的抗侵蚀性和抗渗透性最好,铬刚玉砖的次之,刚玉-莫来石砖的最差;2)经飞灰和CaO侵蚀后的试验砖中都生成了硅铝酸钙、铝酸钙及硅酸钙等成分,但是飞灰的侵蚀更为严重,因为飞灰中的氯与试验砖中的Al_(2)O_(3)反应生成AlCl_(3)、Al_(2)Cl_(6)和NaAlCl_(4)等气相物质,致使Al_(2)O_(3)含量减少;3)在飞灰熔融过程中,各试验砖同时受高氯、高碱侵蚀。The corrosion resistance and the permeability resistance of typical refractories(corundum-mullite bricks,chrome corundum bricks and high chrome bricks)for fly ash high temperature melting furnaces to fly ash from domestic waste incineration and pure CaO at 1400℃were studied.The results show that:(1)high chrome bricks perform the best corrosion resistance and permeability resistance to fly ash and CaO,followed by chrome corundum bricks and corundum-mullite bricks;(2)calcium aluminosilicate,calcium aluminate and calcium silicate are formed in the test bricks corroded by fly ash and CaO;but the fly ash corrosion is more serious,because chlorine in the fly ash reacts with Al_(2)O_(3) in the bricks to form gaseous substances such as AlCl_(3),Al_(2)Cl_(6) and NaAlCl_(4),leading to the decreasing Al_(2)O_(3) content;(3)when fly ash melts,all the bricks are corroded by both high chlorine and high alkali.
