摘 要:将钒铁渣经破碎球磨制成比表面积分别为324、359、406、448 m^(2)·kg^(-1)的微粉,比较了它们与铝酸钙水泥CA-70的胶凝性能,发现比表面积为406 m^(2)·kg^(-1)的钒铁渣微粉的胶凝性能与铝酸钙水泥CA-70的相当甚至更优。在此基础上,研制了无水泥的全钒铁渣浇注料,主要研究了比表面积为406 m^(2)·kg^(-1)的钒铁渣微粉加入量对全钒铁渣浇注料性能的影响,并在高炉渣沟、下渣口流嘴、铁水罐开展了现场应用试验。结果发现:加入25%(w)钒铁渣微粉制备的全钒铁渣浇注料的各项性能均优于现场使用的高铝浇注料的,研制的全钒铁渣浇注料在现场应用试验中取得了良好的应用效果。Ferrovanadium slag was crushed and ball milled into micropowders with the specific surface area of 324,359,406 and 448 m^(2)·kg^(-1),respectively.The cementitious property of the prepared micropowders and calcium aluminate cement CA-70 was compared.It is found that the cementitious property of the ferrovanadium slag micropowder with the specific surface area of 406 m^(2)·kg^(-1) is equivalent to or even better than that of calcium aluminate cement CA-70.On this basis,cement-free ferrovanadium slag castables were developed.The effect of the addition of the ferrovanadium slag micropowder(the specific surface area of 406 m^(2)·kg^(-1)) on the properties of the castables was studied.The on-site application of the castables was carried out at blast furnace slag spouts,slag hole nozzles and hot metal tanks.The results show that the ferrovanadium slag castable with 25 mass% ferrovanadium slag micropowder has better properties than the high alumina castables,achieving good on-site application effects.
