摘　　要：普通语音通信网络是以数字传输、程控交换等技术为基础,为用户提供所需的电信业务,企业需要花费大量资金采购分组交换机,并对电路交换操作进行控制,难以有效拓展其他电信业务。将软交换技术作为研究对象,简单介绍应用在企业中的专用语音通信系统,通过设置服务器、客户端等内容,构建分布式体系结构,设计多线程通信,分析该系统的资源管理与认证计费,旨在为更多企事业单位建设基于软交换的专网语音通信系统提供参考,推动我国通信领域蓬勃发展。Ordinary voice communication network is based on digital transmission,program-controlled switching and other technologies,providing users with the required telecommunications services.Enterprises need to spend a lot of money to purchase packet switches and control circuit switching operations,so it is difficult to effectively expand other telecommunications services.Taking softswitch technology as the research object,this paper briefly introduces the private voice communication system applied in enterprises,builds a distributed architecture by setting up servers,clients and other contents,designs multi-thread communication,and analyzes the resource management,authentication and billing of the system,aiming at providing reference for more enterprises and institutions to build private voice communication systems based on softswitch,and promoting the vigorous development of China's communication field.
