摘  要:针对海上平台含油污泥就地处置及原油资源回收问题,提出利用化学清洗法来回收原油。基于油泥清洗剂筛选原则,从8种单剂清洗剂中优选出3种进行正交复配实验,分析并验证后得出单剂丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物、柠檬酸钠、硅酸钠的质量分数分别为0.05%、0.01%、2.00%时,得到较高的原油回收率为84.27%。利用“SVR实验参数优化软件”,建立原油回收率的回归模型,分析各因素间交互作用。通过对回归模型全局最优点进行搜索,得到最高原油回收率为85.8959%,此时复配清洗剂的配方丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物、柠檬酸钠、硅酸钠的质量分数分别为0.0575%、0.0165%、2.0000%;进行了5组验证实验,原油回收率平均值为86.15%,与模型预测值接近。后期通过进一步优化含油污泥清洗各项工艺参数,原油回收率可望达到90%以上。Aiming at the problem of on-site disposal of oily sludge on offshore platforms and recovery of crude oil resources,it was proposed to use chemical cleaning method to recover crude oil.The selection and optimization research of chemical cleaning agents is the key.The screening principle of sludge cleaning agent was introduced,and three kinds of single-agent were selected for orthogonal compound experiment,and the mass fraction ratio of single agent after analysis and comparison was acrylic acid maleic anhydride copolymer,sodium citrate and sodium silicate 0.05%,0.01%and 2.00%,get high crude oil recovery rate was 84.27%.Using"SVR experimental parameter optimization software",a regression model of crude oil recovery rate was established,and the interaction between various factors were analyzed at the same time.By searching for the global optimal point of the regression model,the highest crude oil recovery rate was obtained of 85.8959%.The mass fraction ratio of acrylic acid maleic anhydride copolymer,sodium citrate and sodium silicate was 0.0575%,0.0165%and 2.0000%.Five sets of verification experiments were carried out,and the average crude oil recovery rate was 86.15%,which was close to the model predicted value.In the later stage,by further optimizing various parameters of the sludge cleaning process,the crude oil recovery rate was expected to reach more than 90%.
