摘  要:通过转动水热晶化法和浸渍法联用构建磷钨酸/丝光沸石(H_(3)PW_(12)O_(40)/MOR)催化剂,以H_(3)PW_(12)O_(40)/MOR作为催化剂,环己酮和乙二醇为反应底物,催化剂催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮为探针反应,利用正交试验对缩酮反应各因素进行探究。结果表明:在环己酮与乙二醇摩尔比1∶1.4、催化剂用量占反应物总质量的1.0%、带水剂环己烷用量12 mL、反应60 min的最优条件下,环己酮乙二醇缩酮产率高达82.91%,该催化剂表现出的良好催化性能与载体丝光沸石的引入有重要的关系。H_(3)PW_(12)O_(40)/MOR catalyst was prepared by rotating hydrothermal synthesis and impregnation method.Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized catalytically with cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol as the materials and H_(3)PW_(12)O_(40)/MOR as the catalyst,and the effect of each of all factors on the yield of product was studied by orthogonal experiment method.Results showed that the yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal reached 82.91%at the conditions that n(cyclohexanone)∶n(ethylene glycol)=1∶1.4,catalyst amount used for 1%of the total mass of reactants,the volume of cyclohexane,a water carrying agent was 12 mL,and reaction time was 60 min.The catalyst showed good catalytic activity due to the introduction of MOR.
