清代烟草加工业的产业集聚现象研究

摘　　要：烟草于明末入华之后,中国逐渐产生烟草加工业,而烟草加工业在发展之中,逐渐出现产业集聚现象。清代的烟草加工业集中分布在闽粤赣的部分地区、甘肃东部、成都平原、浙江杭州、山西曲沃等地。资源票赋是产业集聚的前提条件,产业集聚区域一般在本地或周边有较为发达的烟草种植业,形成了烟草种植业与加工业的分工,进而又会出现不同地区烟草业与粮食业的分工。产业集聚促进了烟草加工技术的发展,各产业集聚区域所制烟草,等次分明,品类繁多,皆有名产。产业集聚区域又有较为便利的交通,使得商品性烟草制造面向较为庞大且稳定的市场需求,亦造成产业集聚区域分布格局长期较稳定存在,各地区烟草,各销一路。After tobacco entered China at the end of Ming Dynasty,China gradually produced tobacco processing industry,and tobacco processing industry in the development,gradually appeared the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration.The tobacco processing industry in Qing Dynasty was mainly distributed in parts of Fujian,Guangdong and Jiangxi,Eastern Gansu,Chengdu Plain,Hangzhou,Quwo,etc.Resource endowment is the precondition of industrial agglomeration.Generally,there are more developed tobacco planting industries in or around the industrial agglomeration area,forming the division of labor between tobacco planting and processing industry,and then there will be the division of labor between tobacco industry and grain industry in different regions.The industrial agglomeration promotes the development of tobacco processing technology.The tobacco produced in each industrial agglomeration area has distinct grades,various categories and famous products.The industrial agglomeration area has more convenient transportation,which makes the commercial tobacco manufacturing face the relatively large and stable market demand,and makes the distribution pattern of the industrial agglomeration area more stable for a long time.Tobacco in each region has its own sales.
