脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤中应用康复护理效果研究

摘　　要：了解脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤中应用康复护理效果。方法:选取我院2014年11月-2019年11月脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤患者100例。随机分组,对照组对脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤患者采取常规方法护理,观察组对脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤患者采取康复护理。比较2组脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤护理满意度;术后疼痛持续的天数、术后给予镇痛药物的天数、术后开始进行康复锻炼的时间、术后住院的时间;护理前后患者睡眠质量匹兹堡评分、生活自理能力ADL评分、肢体功能FMA评分;脊髓损伤后遗症例数。结果:观察组脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤护理满意度、术后疼痛持续的天数、术后给予镇痛药物的天数、术后开始进行康复锻炼的时间、术后住院的时间、睡眠质量匹兹堡评分、生活自理能力ADL评分、肢体功能FMA评分相比较对照组更好,P<0.05。观察组脊髓损伤后遗症少于对照组,P<0.05。结论:康复护理对于脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤患者的临床价值高,可有效减少脊髓损伤后遗症的发生率,并改善术后睡眠质量和减轻术后疼痛,提高脊柱骨折伴骨髓损伤护理满意度和生活自理能力,改善患者的肢体功能,减少止痛药物使用的时间。Objective:To understand the effect of rehabilitation nursing in spinal fracture with bone marrow injury.Methods:100 patients with spinal fracture and bone marrow injury from november2014 to november2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the routine nursing group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the rehabilitation nursing group were given rehabilitation nursing care.The nursing satisfaction of spinal fracture with bone marrow injury was compared between the two groups;The number of days of postoperative pain,the number of days of postoperative analgesic drugs,the time of postoperative rehabilitation exercise,and the time of postoperative hospitalization;Pittsburgh score of sleep quality,ADL score of self-care ability and FMA score of limb function before and after nursing;Number of sequelae of spinal cord injury.Results:compared with the conventional nursing group,the rehabilitation nursing group had better nursing satisfaction with spinal fracture with bone marrow injury,the days of postoperative pain,the days of postoperative analgesia,the time of postoperative rehabilitation exercise,the time of postoperative hospitalization,Pittsburgh score of sleep quality,ADL score of self-care ability and FMA score of limb function(P<0.05).The sequelae of spinal cord injury in rehabilitation nursing group was less than that in routine nursing group(P<O.05).Conclusion:rehabilitation nursing has high clinical value for patients with spinal fracture and bone marrow injury.It can effectively reduce the incidence of sequelae of spinal cord injury,improve postoperative sleep quality and reduce postoperative pain,improve the nursing satisfaction and self-care ability of patients with spinal fracture and bone marrow injury,improve the limb function of patients,and reduce the use time of analgesic drugs.
