摘　　要：以西装边角余料再造手法为研究对象,分析西装边角余料利用的现状,认识余料再造的潜在价值,归纳出西装边角余料的再造手法和适用性原则。为了提高西装边角余料利用率,提升原材料附加值的目的,西装边角余料的再造应遵循舒适性、美观性、艺术性和市场性4个原则。再造手法可使用拼接、制造肌理及综合运用等特定处理方式进行二次加工并应用于服装之上。最终通过案例分析,对各种手法的适用性原则进行归纳总结,意在为后来的设计师提供理论参考依据。This paper takes the reengineering technique of suit edge and corner as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the utilization of suit edge and corner,understands the potential value of the reengineering of suit edge and corner,and summarizes the reengineering technique and applicability principle of suit edge and corner.In order to improve the utilization rate of suit corners and increase the added value of raw materials,the reengineering of suit corners and corners should follow the four principles of comfort,aesthetics,artistry and marketability.The reengineering method can be used to reprocess and apply to clothing through specific processing methods such as splicing,manufacturing texture and comprehensive application.Finally,through case analysis,the applicability principles of various techniques are summarized in order to provide theoretical reference for later designers.
