摘　　要：随着高校教师失德失范事件的曝光,社会及国家对高校教师行为规范的高度重视,使得高校师德行为法治化建设逐渐成为大众关注的焦点之一。为了高等教育更好地发展和培养人才,师德行为法治化建设逐步提升,构建新型师生关系已经成为大多教育工作者的共识。由于大学美术学科课程的特殊性,师德行为法治化建设对大学美术学教学中和谐师生关系的构建有极强的现实意义和指导作用。With the exposure of incidents of unethical and misconduct of university teachers,the society and the state attach great importance to the code of conduct of university teachers.This has made the construction of the rule of law for teachers'conduct in universities gradually become one of the focal points of public concern.For the better development of higher education and the cultivation of talents,the construction of the rule of law of teachers'conduct has been gradually enhanced and guided the construction of teacher-student relationship in universities,and the construction of new teacherstudent relationship has become the consensus of most educators.Due to the special nature of the university fine art subject curriculum,the construction of the rule of law on teachers'conduct has strong practical significance and guidance for the construction of a harmonious teacher-student relationship in the teaching of university fine art.
