摘  要:随着煤矿开采深度、空间和强度增大,矿压问题日趋凸显,为了防范和遏制煤矿冲击地压事故,围绕巷道顶板离层监测技术的建设经验,提出基于无线动态监测传感器的矿山压力监控系统(以下简称“矿压监控系统”)实现矿山压力监控。分析了矿山压力监测技术国内外的发展现状,介绍了矿压监控系统的主要特点、系统架构和系统功能,详细阐述了矿压监控系统关键技术设计。实际应用表明,矿压监控系统不仅能够实现顶板离层、锚杆(索)应力、煤岩层应力的多参数实时监测,而且可以感知和传输外界被测量信号,便于掌握和综合分析压力动态变化规律,防治顶板事故。With the increase of mining depth,mining space and mining intensity,the ground pressure is becoming more and more obvious.In order to prevent and contain coal mine rock burst accidents,based on the construction experience of roadway roof separation monitoring technology,a mine pressure monitoring system based on wireless dynamic monitoring sensors(hereinafter referred to as"mine pressure monitoring system")is proposed to realize mine pressure monitoring.This paper analyzes the development status of the mine pressure monitoring technology at home and abroad,introduces the main characteristics,system architecture and system functions of the mine pressure monitoring system,and expounds the key technology design of the mine pressure monitoring system in detail.The practical application shows that the mine pressure monitoring system can not only realize the real-time monitoring of multiple parameters of roof separation,anchor bolt(cable)stress,coal and rock stress,but also sense and transmit the external measured signals,which is convenient for grasping and comprehensively analyzing the dynamic change law of pressure and preventing roof accidents.
