摘 要:为了得到布尔台煤矿高产高效综采工作面瓦斯涌出影响因素、掌握工作面瓦斯涌出规律,对运移理论中的瓦斯在煤层内的解吸过程、扩散过程、输运过程进行了总结和阐述,描述了瓦斯从煤层由内到外的时空和因果关系。结合布尔台煤矿低瓦斯含量煤层高产高效工作面开采的特点,分析研究了工作面顶板初次来压、周期来压和采煤机非割煤和割煤时对工作面瓦斯涌出的影响。结果表明:工作面瓦斯涌出受工作面顶板初次来压和周期来压影响较大,且在时空上存在一定的滞后;工作面割煤能显著增加工作面瓦斯涌出。采用偏Y型通风方式结合采空区联巷密闭和钻孔插管抽采的瓦斯治理方法能有效治理22208综采工作面瓦斯。In order to obtain the influencing factors of gas emission in the high-yield and high-efficiency fully mechanized mining face of Buertai Coal Mine and grasp the gas emission law of the working face,the desorption process,diffusion process and transportation process of gas in the coal seam according to the migration theory are summarized and analyzed,and the space-time and causal relationships of gas from the inside to the outside of the coal seam are described.Combined with the characteristics of high-yield and high-efficiency working face mining in low gas content coal seam in Buertai Coal Mine,this paper analyzes and studies the influence of the first roof weighting and periodic roof weighting and the non-cutting as well as coal cutting conditions of the shearer on the gas emission of the working face.The results show that the gas emission in the working face is greatly affected by the initial and periodic roof weighting,and there is a certain lag in time and space;coal cutting in working face can significantly increase gas emission in working face;the gas control method of the partial Y-shaped ventilation combined with the combined roadway sealing in the goaf and the drilling drainage can effectively control the gas in the 22208 fully mechanized mining face.
